Download the “alternative crack” for the game from the post #915 and follow the instructions inside the archive.

If you don’t have the game itself you can download the PC demo from the official site and install it, but the crack can be as well applied to the version with Howler.
 
Anytime i try to download from the links of 'narutochatsrcool' MediaFire gives me "File Belongs to Suspended Account." response. Anyone else having this problem?
