Thanks, I've played LLTG and Cute knight. I guess i'll try kingdom to see how different it is to it's predecessor. It's quite sad that there aren't many game developers who would like to venture in this angle..

There's also Prince Maker Series. It's originally in Chinese, but the second series (Prince Maker 2) has been translated into English. Basically the main idea is to raise your adopted son and you get to pick the girl (or boy) he will marry. There's also some battle scenes everytime you go wandering in the outside world.

I'm on a Mac so want to be able to open up the Mac demo instead of downloading someone's .exe game. I've found out that this goes fine with Windows persistent files!

Sadly, that isn't doing the job here -- do you have to do anything on Windows other than replace the persistent files to get this particular game to run? I've managed to use several of Winterwolves's other games this way, but not this one.

Either replacing the persistent file, or using Winter Wolves Howler. Have you try using the howler? I managed to get the persistent file that I uploaded by using it.

Anyone know where to find Love and Death: Bitten? I have tried some and they would not install properly or would install but then close out since I needed rights to play it
