Check lemmasoft forum. From what i can remember, wasn't nameless made with ren'py? If yes then check out lemmasoft and you will find your answer about the black screen thingy. Requesting Long Live the Queen latest version and Scheherazade and The Royal Trap steam versions. Thank you very much and I hope nameless will work for you!

Nameless is a big name game so I don't think it was made with renpy

^^I'm sure Dandelion was made with Ren'Py. I haven't checked about Nameless, but it probably used Ren'Py though. There's no harm in checking the forums for an answer, is there?

I'm a bit late, but seconding the NTY recommendation. I recently 100% it and I think the unlockable POV dialogue of the characters (along with other unlockable text) makes it really interesting to do multiple run thros.

Also, I could be wrong, but I don't think there are any english translated 18+ otome games? (at least none I can think of off the top of my head) If anon can read moonspeak, there are quite a few fantastic games I could recomend. Its a shame there doesn't seem to be much interest in the fantranslating community for the genre right now...

No translated games, but there's a few OELVNs: http://vndb.org/v16544 (shit), http://vndb.org/v3276 (shit, but at least hilariously bad shit), and http://vndb.org/v17210 (eh, it's okay).

Also plenty of otome games are translated into Chinese, if that's helpful to anyone.
