It's a PS Vita game, and the PS Vita is not hacked nor is there any emulator for it, so the only way to play the game would be to own the console and the game legitly.

I legally bought this game at Gamestop last week. Buy a PS Vita and get the game.. it's worth it! This is coming from a girl gamer who has asked for stuff here before but also can buy some games and consoles whenever she gets money

Same thing happens to me. I need to refresh the page several times in order not to get redirected to some creepy +18 link. So lucky that nobody was in the room. Does this site have malware or something?

Games such as Norn 9, Amnesia and Code: Realize are released exclusively for the ps vita platform and as it happens there is currently no emulator or custom cfw for ps vita YET. However, it is not unlikely for the situation to change in the near future. My best advice is to either wait (for a LONG time) for the ps vita console to get hacked by professionals, or either buy it and enjoy various titles released exclusively for the said platform. There are various ways to do so.
