The most obvious solution is to make sure you have all the parts. There are 21 different parts, so make sure you have all 21 different parts, because from your comment it sounds like you didn't download 6. Maybe you downloaded "5" or "7" twice?

Now if you did download them all correctly, I would then suggest unzipping with "7zip" or "winrar". I just downloaded them all and it extracted fine.

To the people who wanted WAS - The Hourglass of Lepidoptera - it was removed from Steam and Sekai Project (the guys translating it?) have refrained from working on the game. Although apparently anyone's who bought it before will still have it so there's still hope.

Sekai Project is a bad company of schemers, aside from that their translations are bad and most of their games are censored.

There is no normal version.
It's the early release version (which isn't finished)
and the deluxe version. Which, now that I think about it is ​the normal version
