Am I able to put a song that I synced to my LG Chocolate touch as a ringtone?

I just got a new LG chocolate touch and I'm just now learning how to sync my music from my computer to my phone. I got the music onto my phone, but I was wondering if I'm able to put one of the songs that I synced onto my phone as a ringtone. I can't figure it out. If anyone could help me out if they know how, it would be very much appreciated.
 
The songs you sync are MP3 files. The ringtones have to be WAV files, and only as small as 30 seconds long at the most. You can try some of the sites that will let you use their software to make your ringtone, or you can use a simple audio converter program and convert the MP3 to .WAV and then cut the song down to the part that you want, keeping it at less than 30 seconds and then you can use it as a ringtone!
