Your best bet is to not put yourself in that position again! It's hard enough to quit, don't temp yourself! I wouldn't think that it should effect you if you didn't inhale, but stay away from them! Your doing great don't screw it up! Good luck!
Addiction isn't cut and dried. Do you want to smoke again? Are you craving a cigarette? If not, then no, you aren't addicted. One puff (even if you had inhaled) doesn't automatically make you addicted again.
