i am 5'6", fifteen years old (almost 16), and i weight about 136 pounds. is that an ok weight?
i swim 4x a week & run/use elliptical machines for about 15-30 minutes every day. i have been 136 pounds it seems forEVER... i dont gain or lose weight at all which i find weird since i exercise quite a bit. do you have any tips? thanks!!
