Well, about a four months ago, I started having sleeping problems.
Here within the past few weeks, I've been noticing that they have been getting worse...Here recently, I can't seem to fall asleep.. I'm tired, rarely hyper, and I'm trying; however, I still cant manage to "fall" asleep. I started taking Tylenol PM(About every other day I have to), just to help with it, and it usually does help(After about 1-2hours). So my question is, am I classified as an insomniac? If so, should I see a doctor? Also, is there anything you could recommend to help going asleep?
