...isnt even on dvd yet? its the tv show merlin it just aired like last night its in its 3rd season and 2nd one isnt even out on dvd. do my risks go higher since its a newer episode???
 
Your risk is just the same, but do not weigh that risk less. It's the fact that their is a RISK. It also depends on your internet provider, look up your internet provider and the steps they take against torrenting.

Some are ACTIVE in reporting you.
 
I usually get in trouble for newer movies/tv shows. I've never gotten caught for a BBC show though, so you may be safe with Merlin.
 
risk is exactly the same. only difference is your stealing something newer.
