Alright, so I was playing CoD and had to use the restroom, so I went to do my business. After that, my heart started to pound louder and louder. Then, well I couldn't hear it pound anymore and had that odd feeling...um, can't explain it well, but it's like when somebody scares you and you have that state of shock, except it wouldn't dissipate immediately, think the medical term is "feeling of impending doom". Then I blacked out (thankfully I was leaning against a wall lol.)
There was no pain though.

Thoughts?
18 years of age.
No prior heart problems
No family history of heart problems
A healthy diet that can rival the Chinese.

it can happen when electrolytes are disturb, better consult cardiologist

How old? History of heart disease? and yes probably you are experiencing problems. Could be cardiac arrhythmia.
