Last month i had a chest pain for a minute. I consulted the doctor. They told me it is due to gastric problem. i smoke , drink and taking non veg a lot. later i gave up this for a week. now i have started again. I feel my heart beat often when i sleep on the floor or bed when my head and body touches the ground surface. Some times my hands are getting shake for a minute (suddenly comes and goes).
7 years i have drinking and smoking habit. past 5 years weekly 3 or 4 times i am having. Doctor told me it is a symptom of the alcohol effect. Here after if i smoke and drink any problem will come?
Am i suffering from anxiety ? before that chest pain i did not even care abt anything. now to smoke a cigarette also i am getting scared.
suggest me some thing...
