Am I the only one who hates hollywood ?

What about you, aren't you people sick of the same type of movies over and over, the talentless actors and directors in todays cinema industry ?
It seems to me that only a few directors still know what they are doing in this business, namely James Cameron and Clint Eastwood. Apart from them it just sickens me how shallow and limited minded this mainstream of big shots run hollwyood.

What do you think ?

the best movies are the ones that were written, produced, & played by the non-famous folks, the ones who are struggling out there because they are more talented and more creative about their work.

Yes! I don't necessarily hate it all together but I do hate A LOT or even most of the movies now a days! I hate how crappy and meaningless they are.

If you want to watch some good movies check out Foriegn Films. They are so,so,so,so much better!

well i dont really HATE it but yeah it gets retarded at times and yes there are very few good directors out there.if you want to see a really good movie watch The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo

yeah they all suck except demi lovato of coarse. but yeah alot of the movies are the same crap the actors nowadays get cocky real quick like they think they cant be replaced. most of them are eye candy anyway people only make movies to rake in cash not for the art of a powerful film. and they destroy classic genres they destroyed vamps with twilight destroyed the scary warewolves woth twilights wolves that are just big cgi dogs. and most of this garbage is just remakes of older stuff with some dumb plot

I agree wholeheartedly bud. I got rid of all the channels on my TV a month ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made, now when I see a 'mass produced' movie or TV show my eyes are open, it is mostly just sick, shallow garbage to keep stupid people entertained. There are much better things in life
