Hi im 5'2 and 106 pounds. i know that it prob sound small but im really self concious aobu tmy stomach! i really want to wear a bikini. my friends say that id look fine in one. But i still dont believe it.
im already starting to go on 30 minute walks and doing 60 situps a day.
so, how can i loose my stomach fat? what can i eat/drink or do?
PLEASE HELP ME... i want to look good this summer!
