I just have a few questions-
1) Is it more expensive to have a lamp on at the plug socket, or the main light on (with a light switch)
2)If the heating is on in the house, if i switch it off in my room will it save costs? or is it just a waste because it is being paid for in the whole house?
3) Does it cost anything when a lamp is plugged in (switched on at the plug) but the light isn't actually on?
4) does it cost when a CD player is switched on, but there is nothing playing?
