This is probably a dumb question to some, but I don't know much about this kind of stuff. Anyway, basically I was wondering if you can make the Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition into a hexa-core using the core unlocker feature? The reason I am curious, is because I just got this ASUS board which comes with this feature and am still exploring the different things you can do with it. In the BIOS when I look at the core unlocker options, it says I can select to run six cores on my Phenom II x4 965 BE, and I think that would be cool, but I am a little cautious because I don't want to ruin my CPU or anything like that by selecting to run 6 cores. So anyway, does anyone know if you can do this with this CPU? Thank you all!
