an good routines for kettle bell training?

I am not a workout rookie but I just started with my first 16 kilo kb I'm taking this week to practice so I get used to moving it around and doing cleans and snatches. I'm 230 and could live without the extra 30 lbs and I am not worried about losing mass cause I eat good and shit. Please give me a really detailed routine for my needs and goals or at least give me some ideas
