Okay, so I always do my laundry once every two weeks near my local laundry mat. The way I masturbate is by taking a pillow with a blanket which is very soft, and put the blanket on top of the pillow. I then insert my penis in the middle of the pillow while folding like a sandwich by each side. I then move it up ,and down.
