Andrew Bynum’s future is looking iffy right now. The Philadelphia 76ers traded for Bynum over the summer, however it’s looking like he may never suit up for the Sixers. According to Philly, Andrew Bynum is out indefinitely due to knee woes.
Andrew Bynum has bone bruises in both his left knee and his right knee. His latest setback came after he went bowling. Yes, bowling.
When asked when Andrew Bynum would return, Sixers GM Tony DiLeo had no answers.
“There are no timelines,” said DiLeo. “We just have to wait and see how he reacts.”
At the end of this season, Andrew Bynum will be a free agent. If he misses the entire year, his stock will undoubtedly take a hit. That said, there may still be a team will to risk a big amount of money on Bynum being able to bounce back.
