Android 4.0.4 is help with lockscreen?

Im running ice cream sandwich 4.0.4 on a i717 galaxy note.
I want to set my lockscreen to run photo wall but set me home screen to have a normal wallpaper, preferably a panoramic one.
Also how do i set the lockscreen shortcuts to go straight to dialpad?

In settings then display there's a option to change wallpaper seperate to lockscreen.

A way to do it is to pick any screen that has a open space on it. Press that open space until a menu pops up that says:
>Home screen Get Down
>Set wallpaper for
>Lock screen
>Select your ideal wallpaper from gallery.
