I would like some help with selecting an android application that helps with grocery shopping. what I would like it to do is:
1.be very simple to use.
2.Allow for scanning barcodes into a master list that contains the name of the item and possibly the manufacture as well as a Amount and price. (veg. soup, progresso, 20 oz /1.29)
3.Allows for selection from the master list of items to be placed on the grocery list. This grocery list should be able to produce an approximate total amount of all items on the list.
4.I would also like to be able to scan the items I intend to purchase while I'm at the store have been marked off the list at the same time entering new price code information into my total.
5.I would also like to do the same thing as number four but do it with a manual input this time.
Overview: so this is how it would work together prior to going to the grocery store I could select items from the master list to make up a grocery list. While at the store I scan the items as I place them in the shopping cart the application would then take the new data such as changes in price. Since I don't go to that many stores I would like to be able to utilize just of specific information: one store i.e. if I'm going to Kroger I want Kroger's information, or if I'm going to Safeway and I won't Safeway's information in the making of my list. Most of us do not go to 1 million different stores hunting bargains when we go to buy groceries we go to one or two stores that have the items we need so I don't need to know all the other store information.
