Android flashcard app where you can create on computer and use on your phone OFFLINE?

I am looking for an app that allows me to create my flashcards on my computer (as this is much faster than typing on my phone), then allows me to use it offline on my phone (so import/export feature I guess).

I usually use a text editor or offline html viewer for that.
