Android - How to restore apps from SD Card.?

Hey guys, I need a little help here, I'm stuck. I have an HTC Incredible and I had to do a "clear storage" today, surprisingly my personal data is still there (/emmc and /sdcard). I used MoveToSD to move my apps to the SD card prior to the clear storage but now they are not coming up no matter what, however the space available on my sd card has not changed so I know they're still there somewhere. Any help would be much appreciated!
