Android Maze Game - Collision Detection?

I'm trying to make a maze game for android where you use your finger to navigate through the maze, but looking on the Android developer site, I can't seem to find anything which allows you to do collision detection with the position of the finger. Is there anything on the internet that shows how to do this, or could someone suggest a way to achieve the result?
