i'll spread the word around here. apparently, there's one a little under a mile by the roads from where i'm sitting. less than a block from a friend's house.
ok, here's one for you guys: the day before is known here as "unofficial", short for "unofficial st. patrick's day". basically, the plan is wake up, get wasted, and spend the entire day wasted. if we're lucky, there'll be a bunch of half-drunk college kids at the one here. sweet.
edit: i think the use of the masks from v for vendetta is a huge boost. anyone who has seen the movie and has half a brain will definitely draw some comparisons between the two, and probably be more likely to go.
