New York gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino (R) -- who opposes abortion rights in almost all cases, including rape and incest -- is defending his company's leasing of a clinic space to a Planned Parenthood affiliate that provides abortion services in Niagara Falls, N.Y., Long Island Newsday reports.
