Anxiety and my future?

I am a 15 year old male. I have anxiety of becoming ill and vomiting. When i am anxious, I get a stomach ache and a gagging feeling in my throat, which usually triggers off a panic attack. I wish to end these attacks and learn to handle them. Sometimes, I even get anxiety just thinking that someday in the future I will be sick for real and have to vomit. What should I do to prevent this?

Anxiety can cause you to dread things like that.
There's no real way to stop an actual panic attack unless you take medication for it (which i don't recommend)

When you start thinking about things like that and you feel an attack coming on, you need to get your mind off of it. Watch TV, play a game on the computer, or even talking to someone when you feel like that helps.

Anxiety is an awful thing, trust me, I know.
I'm 15 too and i used to have panic attacks every day in class.
They eventually get better. Just try to get your mind off of the things that make cause them.

deep breathing works for me. All you have to do is take a deep breath hold it 10 seconds and release for 4 do it again for 10 seconds. its calles 10 4 breathing the army teaches it to soldiers who are about to go to war. it may take ten minutes of breathing but it helps. i hope it works for you like it does me. good luck

When you think or get that feeling, try to stop thinking of it immediately, tell yourself your fine and distract yourself. I know someone who kinda had the same thing and he uses lifesavers, when he feels like that he eats a lifesaver and says it makes him feel better.
