I haven't smoked k2 since middle of last year after i had a terrible experience with it,. However, since that experience i think i have developed panic attacks now. And i Still have them, they don't have as frequently and as strong as they use too but they do happen and i would like to know is there anything i can do about this. I don't have money to go to a doctor to actually see what the problem is but all i know is before k2 i never had panic attacks in my life, and now i do.

I have the same exact problem. I smoked it 2 months ago and ever since then iv been having anxiety attacks..similar to panic attacks. Really ever since you've smoked it..your probably pretty much paranoid that your gonna have it again. So every little thing you feel in your body like..dizzyness or your heart jumps a little..you start to panic..well thats what happens to me. I also feel chills running through my body and feel very shaky. What i do is i tell my self "I DONT CARE" when i feel it coming. I try my best to just ignore it. Just convince yourself out of it. Meds will help a little but will not get rid of it forever. Right now all you can do is convince yourself that it will go away..and they will stop. You just need to learn more about panic attacks. Learn the foods to eat and what not to do. Google is very helpful. Smoking, caffeine, and certain meds and things can cause a panic attack. Working out and being active will help you get rid of your attacks. Try maybe jogging..or dancing..or do some exercise at home. It may sound stupid but it helps you feel better and healthier and it gets your mind off of panic attacks and relaxes you. Drink non caffeine tea and be healthy. I stopped drinking and smoking. You should too :) Goodluck! I'm still working on getting rid of mine and is getting better.
