Any advice on a cheap stereo that kicks ass?

I have a tiny truck and my masculinity is at stake, and the current radio/speakers have deteriorated over the years. Any ideas? looking for less than $150 for a console/speaker kit
 
Yea in walmart they got some nice Sony xplod for cheap
