any alternate for an electronic spirit level?..I want some cheaper...

...gadget?apparatus...? I want to record the inclination and disinclination when used in hilly areas!!
i want the angle of inclination from this meter to be fed to another apparatus...like a stepper motor or somethin to change the position by certain degrees as measured..

Any suggestions for this??

*You can use the water level using transparent tube .Record the difference in height between two point and distance between them and can calculate the inclination.

It is the cheapest one and more accurate than spirit level.
 
an ordinary carpenters level will also work, with a compass to read degrees.
