Any CBT bike instructors? Or recommendations for a cheap CBT centre in London?

I'm looking to take my CBT bike test in London but everywhere I've looked is a little pricey for me (£115). Does anyone know of any cheaper centres or is anyone out there a certified CBT instructor... and is it possible to be trained outside of a centre for a little "cash-in-hand"? Ignore that if it's nonsense. hahahah
