Any healthy eating regime plans?

I am looking to lose a little bit of weight and I also workout alot I am in good shape but just want to change up a bit..I want to start eating proper meals cause im tired of trying stupid diets that don't do anything for me..Anybody know of any good healthy eating suggestions like for breakfast/lunch/snack/& dinner...not weight watchers or jenny craig or anything of that sortt...
