Any ideas for a TEEN Scavenger hunt where the gift is a new car?

I am giving my 17 year old son a new car and I thought a scavenger hunt would be a fun way to give it to him. Anyone have any ideas, clues, anything to help...... this is a first for me.
 
He's playing by himself right? If it plays with other people, what if they win?
