Any of you hate giving people eye contact?

Seriously, its one of my biggest issues with being confident, i can look for a few seconds but It is hard to gather thoughts when your staring someone in the eyes for an entire conversation. Do any of you have a hard time staring someone in the eyes?
 
I dont look waiters and waitresses in the eye..

I notice when it happens, kind of an awkward feeling
 
yeah thats part of it, it usually is random people like clerks, waiters etc... Anyone I know all ready I have zero problem doing it.
 
whats worse is in school when you are looking around the room and you look at someone and make eye contact and have an awkward moment.
 
Whats worse is when you are spacing out, and just happen to be looking at a hot chicks titties, but don't know it. Then you realize what you are doing and that they are looking at you like "wtf."
 
I hate when you are looking at like a girl or something, and they look at you. Awkard.
 
or looking at a girls ass and someone else sees you looking at it and there like wtf
 
i think its wierd.

I cant look directly into their eyes, so i tend to look a little left of the person

Plus i feel its rude.


I hate it when your out to lunch with a etremely cute girl, and you're into her, and she's really into you. You both get eye contact and then you both look away real quick with a bit of a smile

GAH i hate that.
