Any suggestions on a romantic beach vacation in Florida?

I am trying to plan a romantic mini-vacation for me and my boyfriend preferably for around 4 days. Anyone have any suggestions about a location or great hotel? We would like to go somewhere on the panhandle.
do you remember what the name of the resort is?
 
ive actually been planning the same thing for my girlfriend in orlando, we are staying at a really nice resort here and going to a really nice restaurant, and then there is a beach close by we could go to and at night go to either downtown orlando or the boardwalk.
