Any suggestions, what can i accompany this with? am i on the right track? please...

...help!? Okay! for dinner i am having a small piece of steak, what can i accompany this with to ensure i am full and to ensure that i still stick to my diet?
this is what i had the rest of the day:
for breakfast-1 egg 1 toast 1 cup milk
lunch-sandwich with tuna tomato and cucumber
snack-handful of vita wheat snacks
exercise:
50 sit ups
and walk
will i lose weight on this?
 
If your diet and excersise routine are better, you will lose weight. You may not see results right away, because you really should do more than sit ups and walk. Unless you're walking a lot. You will see pretty good results if you walk 3 miles a day 4 days a week. Your diet sounds ok, just make sure you get enough calories and good fat.
