I spar with my father every Wednesday night,and im starting to get really serious because i really like sparring, i have a good stand-up game, as i am really good at stand up,(i take kickboxing classes) but i need to work on my ground game,i need to learn how to use my legs alot more,and choke holds,also knee kick combos,punch kick combos,punch elbow combos and stuff like that,this will be MUCH appreciated.
