Any tips on eating hypnotherapy? I not over weight at all, but I'm worried that my lack of working out and unhealthy eating patterns may take a toll on my body in the future. I grew up with a mom who always talked about hating to work out, having cravings, and comfort food. She is a bit over weight, and I don't want to be like that in my future. I eat pretty healthy for the most part, but sugar sometimes gets the best of me. I don't enjoy working out either. I WANT to crave healthy exercise and good food. I thought hypnotherapy might help boost my want to work out and eat better.
