Anybody ever see these semi trucks.?

anybody ever see semis with a little animal holding a pennant or flag? I remember going to Oregon from Iowa a few years back and seeing these semis all over the place. the animal looked like a skunk, or badger, or something of the sort. the animal was relatively small compared to the side of the truck. I think the name of the trucking company was dick simon. that's what i remember it as. we went to oregon this recent summer and i didn't see a single one. I wonder why that is. I know i'm not delusional. I tried to google a picture or a website but to no avail. anybody know the actual name of the trucking company or any other helpful information. this is very unimportant but I'm still curious. thanks
