Tiger Airways has changed the timing of the flight I had booked from Singapore to KL, and sent me an email saying I can cancel or rebook my flight within 7 days at no extra cost
Their phone number given in the notification email is constantly engaged or no one picks up. I have also tried submitting service portal from their website but I have not received any sort of response from Tiger to confirm the problem or resolution. Are they un-reachable?
When I have got through with great complicatedness, I have been kept on hold for more than half an hour and able speak to Kyle from call centre by help me to do the refund, reason given was too difficult to change the flight.
But here's the exasperating part, I have received the same itinerary again and no show of change of refund have been done.
How can I process this?
