Anybody know how to rip a dvd onto an avi, divx, etc..format?

I know dvd fab decrypter can rip dvd's, but it gives you a whole bunch of files. I would like something that can either complement dvd fab decrypter and unite those files into an avi or some other kind of single format file.
To the user who said to use AUTO GK. How do I merge the files. I just installed?
 
First use DVD Decrypter then use AutoGK. You rip with Decrypter then you use AutoGK to compile it to one file.
