Anybody who has a T-Mobile Dash!!!!!?

Okay, so I'm really considering on getting a new, nice phone and I've decided that I should settle with a T-Mobile Dash. Now, I'm not too crazy about the whole e-mailing feature, but does instant messenger work well or does it take time to send IM's back and forth?

(I preferably use MSN messenger most of the time if that works lol. I have the sidekick 3 and for some reason, MSN messenger works 3x more than AIM.)
