I put £10 credit on my phone on 23rd December, which was successful, but then it was taken off. They're now refusing to return the credit to my phone, and say there is nothing they can do about it. Means i have no credit on my phone, and am a tenner down in general. All they would say is system failure and that without the transaction ID they will not pursue it. After i got the confirmation Text and online i threw away the receipt. Anyone else had this trouble with them?
