Anyone else have these problems with the Motorola RAZR V3m?

Ive had my phone for about a year and a half and really, it is the worst phone I've ever had.
I leave my phone on vibrate and it vibrates when I dont even have a message, and its really annoying.
It also randomly deletes a few of my contacts.
Well I can get a new phone in March, so should I go try and get it fixed, or should I just wait?
 
I used to have a Motorola RAZR (not sure which kind it was) and I took it back to the store to have it checked on after it wouldn't call people, or it would die right when I answered someone's call.
Apparently, all Motorola phones (no matter what type) have really screwed up batteries. I would suggest purchasing a new phone in March that is not a Motorola.
