i ordered a book on mp3 this morning from barnes and noble, at the time it said i would get two emails - one to confirm my order and the second approximately 5 minutes later with the download. i got the first email, and that was all. i went to check on the status of my order and it said i would recieve download within 60 minutes. i thought... well, ok.. checked again later, still no email. so checked the status of order again and it says pending. it has been paid for already. on their website on the contact us place it said to email them with a question and i would get an immediate reply. i emailed them - this was about 4 hours after my order - got no reply it has now been approx. 12 hours and ... nothing. i am frustrated. has anyone else had this experience with barnes and noble?
