cell phones??

when they were first introduced, they were the size of computer modems, then they got slightly smaller and you could hold them with ONE hand....

then they continued to get smaller and smaller, flip phones becam the "in thing" and the big one piece phones (like the un-breakable Nokia's) were being called "un-cool" or "out-dated"

THEN it went to not only flip phones, but slider phones (again the smaller the cooler/better)

but NOW: all these "smart phones" and i-phones are again getting bigger and bigger, and now having a "small" phone is once again "un-cool" anyone else find that amusing?? just the way the times change, same thing with fashion trends; neons were the "it thing" in the 80's, went "un-cool" in the 90's but came back again as "trendy" in the 2010's?! what's up with history repeating itself?!

History is repeating itself because they're running out of new ideas.

If you really think about it, trends are nothing more than what companies use to con you into buying their "new" products every year.
