I just got my first digital cable box this week from Rogers Cable. The first one died after 24 hours, the replacement one ( also from Rogers ) looked like a reject from a scratch and dent sale ( badly used , plus the date sticker on the bottom was the year 2001 : old technology, I 'd say ), the third box, which I picked up today died after 90 minutes. I was told by the girl in the Rogers store that none of their boxes are new ( or very few of them ) - they're all refurbished . Makes me feel like I'm really getting ripped off - and I'm just about at my wits end !!! Any other stories out there ?
