Actually, this was invented a few years back in Viz Magazine, Rodger Melly's 'Sh*t yourself slim diet!'
 
Excellent, we'll lose a couple more morons, and raise the average IQ by a couple of points; and they say there's no evidence to support the theory of evolution...
