Anyone have recommendations on newsgroup posting software?

I'd like to purchase a program to posts to several newsgroups daily and automatically. Is there such a program? If you know of one and would recommend it I would appreciate any advice. I have WinXP and normally use Outlook Express to manually posts but its a long and slow process.
I didnt ask for criticism on what I want to do... and posting automatically perhaps is not what I want, but I want to post similar posts to different newsgroups everyday (like millions do) and I know there is software to automate the process. JUST SOFTWARE RECOMMENDATIONS AND WHY PLEASE!
 
Automatic posting is rarely appreciated by newsgroup denizens. Your address can get blocked for misbehavior.
