After four kids, I am finally getting implants and a nipple lift in a few months. I am leaning towards getting saline implants for many reasons. I know that silicone has been proven safe, but i have read and heard lots of stories of the damage they can cause if they leak. Also the silicone costs 2000 more than the saline, and I would have to get MRI's every two years to check for leakage which is not covered by insurance, which i cannot afford as i hear that a mri costs about 2000-3000 dollars. My doctor said that i will acheive what i want with the saline implants and that he has never had a patient dislike their saline implants. I am just not sure because some people say saline some people say silicone. What do you think?
